GEK S.A. participates with a percentage of 99,94% in the company «HEIRON S.A.», which has undertaken by virtue of a concession contract with the Municipality of Volos, the exploitation of a multi-storey Garage of 161 spaces with a ground floor for commercial uses on Ogl and Kontaratou Streets in the Municipality of Volos for 50 years.

The Garage has been operating successfully since June 2006 whereas the ground floor has been leased.
