Born in 1957 in Athens. He graduated from the National Polytechnics (E.M.P.) in 1978 with a major in hydraulic works. He holds a D Grade ("MEK") certificate and runs TERNA SA since 1981. He is one of the founders of TERNA SA and holds the positions of BoD's Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He is Chief Executive Officer of GEK TERNA SA as well, since October 2000.
Born in Volos in 1946 and graduated from the National Polytechnics (E.M.P.) in 1969. He is a founding member of GEK TERNA SA and runs the Company's projects since 1973. He holds a D Grade ("MEK") certificate.
Born in Crete in 1946. Graduated from 1969 from National Polytechnics (E.M.P.) - Civil Engineering School. She worked in the Technical Service of the Athletics Secretary of State between 1969 and 1976. Later, she worked as free launcher (1976-1980) preparing studies on the construction of private sector projects, and as manager in the Ministry of Education (1981-1985) monitoring various construction studies. She works as Project Manager in GEK TERNA since 1986.
Born in Amfissa in 1955. He graduated from Architecture School of Venice in 1981.

Born in 1941 in Athens. Graduated from Piraeus Economics University in 1965. He worked as Chief Financial Officer - Accounting Director in "A. DIMITRAKOPOULOS TECHNICAL WORKS S.A." between 1968 and 1985, and as Chief Financial Officer in "CHRISTOPHOROS D. KONSTANTINIDIS S.A." until September 1994. He works as Chief Financial Officer - Accounting Director for TERNA SA since 1994.
