The Board of Directors of the company GEK TERNA SA, that was elected by the General Assembly of the shareholders on June 23, 2011 and fulfils the conditions set forth by Law 3016, as amended and in force up to date, was constituted into Body as follows:

Nikolaos Kambas - Chairman, non executive member

Georgios Peristeris - Chief Executive Officer, executive member

Dimitrios Antonakos - Vice Chairman, executive member

Michael Gourzis - Vice Chairman, executive member

Angelos Benopoulos - Vice Chairman , Secretary, executive member

Konstantinos Vavaletskos - executive member

Emmanuel Vrailas - executive member

Emmanuel Moustakas - executive member

Panayotis Pothos - non executive member

Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos - independent non executive member

Stavros Fafalios - independent non executive member

Executive Members are company's top executives, responsible for the implementation of its objectives. Non-Executive and Independent non Executive Members are people with objective thinking, responsible for securing corporate governance.

Their term will last four years and ends at the latest on 30/6/2015.
